[Eclipseexeditor-devuser] Filters not working

I select some lines and execute a filter command, the command is not 
always processed. Most of the times, the selected text stays the same. 
At first I thought the plugin was not working, but trying over and over 
again i've found that "sometimes" does works.
I've found no messages at all in the eclipse log files.

Any clues ?
