Hi everyone,
I've emailed Konstantin Scheglov (rkosta), the lead
developer of the Eclipse profiler project. He
confirmed that this project is dead, and he has
officially changed the status on sourceforge to Inactive.
As many of you have discovered, this project is no
longer even compatible with the latest versions of
Eclipse. Therefore, I highly recommend switching to
the Eclipse TPTP project (TPTP = Test and Performance
Tools Platform) for you profiling needs. As one of the
10 top-level projects supported by the Eclipse
Foundation, TPTP is quite full featured, has a lot of
development activity, and works with the latest
versions of Eclipse. To get started, see:
