The plugin is not functional with Eclipse 3.1!

Neither the configuration dialogs are working, nor the
generation works. :(

This is sadly true. Dependencies on internal classes that
have been removed. "Fixed" so that different internal
classes are used. Need to remove all dependencies on
internals. This fix will appear in a release very soon,
while I work on removing the internal dependencies altogether.

Fixed under Eclipse 3.1.1. Also briefly tested under 3.2M4.
Fixed version is 0.5.0.
