#19 Add action for deleting all quickmarks

After setting a few quickmarks to assist in
accomplishing some task, I find myself wanting to
delete all of them at the end of this task. It would
be nice to have a single menu action that will delete
all of them at once, instead of having to find and
delete each one individually (which is especially
cumbersome when multiple marks are allowed).

It would also be nice to have a preferences setting
that will delete all quickmarks when exiting Eclipse.

I've thought about deleting all Quickmarks at once on my own
already. The preference setting is also a good idea. Will do
that for one of the next versions.
