#27 Enable converting unicode in default

Hi,

All people who use other than ISO-8859-1 encoding
have to configure for unicode escape when starting
ResourceBundle editor. I think if default configuration
enable unicode escape for read and write, it's more
easy to use ResourceBundle editor.

I hope change default configuration.
