In the mean time the converter is included in the Eclipse Standard distribution.
I've already used it to check out RBE and managed to get it compiled. There's not much I had to do, just let the converter create the manifest, create a target and play around with the project build path a bit.
Still, if you want me to upload a patch file with those changes, just give notice.
