#356 Compare selected versions always uses LATEST instead of selected version

1. Open History View for a clearcase file
2. Select 2 old consecutive versions
3. Right-click and do a Compare selected versions
4. The compare Editor opens and the versions "seem" to be the corect ones in the Title
5. But the earlier selected version is actually ALWAYS the LATEST version of that file

Please check it out! It is serious in my oppinion.

Had the above happening on the bellow version:

This issue still occurs with version 2.2.33.201308070746 when using an external diff tool. I have it setup to use Kdiff3 and I still see the problem. If it instead uses the built in eclipse diff, there it appears to work just fine.
