Use global menu for specifying Windows Azure Certificates to be used for Service Management APIs. Currently it is done in two places:
1) Click "Windows Azure -> Windows Azure Service Management" and then click on "add" button under credentials
2) Click "Windows Azure -> Deploy Windows Azure PHP Project to Windows Azure" and then click on "add" button under credentials.
