#83 Could not deploy Windows Azure console application to cloud

I created a new server runtime environment with support for console application. But could not deploy Windows Azure console application to cloud from eclipse. I tried following two approaches to deploy:
o Right click->Windows Azure->Deploy Java Project to Windows Azure display dialog where “Deploy” button was disabled.
o Right click->Run As->Run Configurations… and then creating new configuration under “Java Console Application on Azure” did not show configured server runtime environment in the “Server” dropdown
