#44 Support for RAP JUnit Launcher

Hi,
We introduced a launcher called "RAP JUnit Test", this is a special kind of a launcher because we use it to get feedback from the UI in a RAP Application. EclEmma currently doesn't support coverage for RAP JUnit Tests (www.eclipse.org/rap).

The attached patch adds the support for this launcher to EclEmma. I hope this will help.
