#19 Long change set name leads to empty hotfix snippet

When generating a hotfix snippet from an changeset with a long name, the snippet results in an empty path descrition:

    This should be fixed now. The problem was not caused by the name itself, but by having a change set with different name and comment. A map from changeset titles to changeset files was lookup up with comments as keys...
