EchoMac Group A member of the group was very helpful to me by forwarding some information on how to set the Apple Airport Extreme up for EchoHam. A problem still exists trying to get either an iMac on the Ethernet via an older BEC modem and a MacBook through the WiFi connection. I am aware that only one should run at any given time. The problem is with Port Forwarding. I think and am not sure of this but maybe a Static IP is needed to accommodate the Outbound TCP 5200 port and the UDP in/out ports # 5198 & 5199? The BEC modem is an older 5200S (I did receive some help from their staff - but, EchoHam was a stranger to them). I just do not know which values to put into the modem in order to make port forwarding work. The Mac's do have a program to run which checks which ports are open and none of them are open for EchoMac or EchoHam. Any screen shots showing where to put the values, etc... or any advice on what to try next? The iPhone App is working ok. Special thanks to Dino for his support and help.
