6 top level boxes on home page: issue thumbnail, navigation , cover area, about, context/intelligent area, banner image
-what main categories in navigation? what should show up when expanded?
-what main categories in context/intelligent area?
-how layout the cover area?

added more administrative links to bottom box
should add a popup issue browser, which loads the cover page for given web/print issue - or should we having a floating story/issue browser?
still like the idea of differentiating between edited versus confirmed comments/info versus comments/opinion background colors.
should add a few comments to front page, at least for the web edition.
the main page layout, emulating the print layout wastes a lot of space.
maybe default to showing one story, with a scrollbar?
