[Echempp-announce] EChem++-0.3 patch for compilation on x86_64

Hi all,

recently, I realized that due to a compiler bug in gcc (see, 
http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31015) EChem++-0.3 can not 
be compiled on x86_64 systems with the recent gcc 4.1.2.
I have just released a patch of file parser.hpp in directory Model/Ecco,
which should solve the problem until an improved version of gcc is 
available. Unfortunately, some functionality of Ecco had to be skipped. 
However, at least, the code does compile.
