Hi all, recently, I realized that due to a compiler bug in gcc (see, http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=31015) EChem++-0.3 can not be compiled on x86_64 systems with the recent gcc 4.1.2. I have just released a patch of file parser.hpp in directory Model/Ecco, which should solve the problem until an improved version of gcc is available. Unfortunately, some functionality of Ecco had to be skipped. However, at least, the code does compile. Dear all, EChem++ has been adapted to be compiled and run on openSuSE 10.2 (with gcc 4.1.2) and (apart from a problem with some grammer rules in Ecco) to x86_64 64-bit architectures. I'll try to resolve this last remaining problem before preparing a new release. The most recent code can be found in the cvs archive at http://echempp.sourceforge.net. Have fun. Hi, this is to inform you that version 2.0 of the (electro)chemical compiler Ecco has just been released. It is fully compatible with EChem++/ModSim version 0.2. Thanks Kai. Have fun. Hi all, I have uploaded a patch file for our first distribution. The top-level Doxyfile was missing. Please download from the Patches package and have fun. Stay tuned for some example files to be added to the download area of EChem++ within the next couple of days. We are preparing a couple of files which can be directly loaded into ModSim and show some of the possibilities of the program. -- ======================================================================= Bernd Speiser Institut f"ur Organische Chemie Auf der Morgenstelle 18 D-72076 T"ubingen Germany phone: +49-7071-2976205 (office) +49-7071-2976242 (laboratory) fax: +49-7071-295518 e-mail: ber...@un...
