Removed tiny xml flag.

Removed flags concerning tiny xml.

Removed call to non-existent function.

Removed obsolete serialization code and old supply() functions.
There should be no more ref. to TinyXML any more.

Switch to boost::serialization.

Excluded old sources. Remove files later.

Reintroduced id() needed internally by excitation func. dialogs.

Excluded all files except Data.{hpp,cpp} remove obsolete
files later.

Excluded InputFilters since it doesn't provide any
relevant functionality yet and uses TinyXML. Remove
the directory as needed.

Fixed sltNewSingleExperiment.
