I was looking for something a bit more dynamic. Not dependent on the current contents, but based simply on which buffer was current. I avoid the mouse so clicking on a tree buffer's mode line is not attractive. I have keys to navigate to the various tree buffers. What I would like is that as so as I move my attention of a given tree buffer it should maximize. When I navigate to another tree buffer that one should maximize. And when I navigate back to an edit buffer I would like all tree buffers to revert to their default layout. /john -- John Yates 40 Pine Street Needham, MA 02492 781 444-2899 |
