Hi,
when I activate ECB for a buffer, deactivate it again, and then open another buffer with `find-file' I get an ECB menu in that new buffer.
Is there a way to suppress creation of the menu when opening a file when ECB is not active?

I'm using the latest ECB 1.92.1 with XEmacs 21.4.11 on Windows NT.
