#2 Fixed-size parser buffers in ECI-C

The ECI-C parser uses static buffers for parsing. These
buffers should be managed dynamically instead.

Get rid of fixed sized buffers in ECI C impl parser

This is the second part of the ECI C implemantion
refactoring, which removes the fixed sized buffers
also from the message parser. This reduces memory
use and allows the parser to handle arbitrary size
messages from ecasound.

First phase of fixed-size buffer removal from ECI C impl

Get rid of the fixed size buffers for storing ECI
return values. This reduces average memory use as well
as gives a minor speed increase to most ECI apps.
