#19 Silabs flash communication has changed slightly

Silabs seems to have changed the flashing protocol somewhat with IDE version 3.00 (released in late 2007), and has added additional command opcodes 0x36 and 0x37. Have you looked into this at all, Ricky? I'm having intermittent trouble flashing a F340 chip now, and it's probably fixable with the new flash protocol.
