ec2drv-0.4 Released includes USB Debug adapter (EC3) support

Hi All
ec2drv-0.4 has a host of new features:
Add support for USB debug adapter (EC3)
Add support for C2 debugging mode
Add automatic detection of debug mode (C2/JTAG)
Minor bug fixes in Flash access routines and other cleanups.
Automatic detection of processor type. Currently tested with F020 and F310 but contains mappings for most Silicon labs 8051 based processors and should work with many of them (not tested due to lack of hardware).
Please report success or failure with untested types.
