[Ebxmlrr-tech] Cataloging For ExternalLink

Hi all,
>From what I read from the spec, we should be able to catalog document that
is published as an ExternalLink.
Is this feature already available in omar 3 ? I have tried this but it
doesn't catalog the document.
If the feature already available, can I get some pointer on how to enable
this.
