A patch to fix the recent build problem was contributed by Doug Bunting 
and gratefully committed on his behalf by me.
This is the stuff that makes open source so much fun. Any one in the 
freebXML Registry community can make a difference!

Thanks to Doug we  can now use latest CVS bits. Keep in mind that 
annonymous access to CVS is about 4 hours behind
so I would say exercise caution until then.
