#28 checking LID in findClassificationSchemesByName()

Method findClassificationSchemesByName() of
BusinessQueryManager throws an exception (that there
exists two or more classification schemes) if there
exist two or more versions of the same classification
scheme.
But logically there exists just a single classification
scheme, so
wouldn't it be better to check if the identified
objects have the same LID?

    Marco, this makes sense. Would you be able to provide a
    patch and junit test for this fix?

    i already wrote a patch for this issue some month ago. i
    think i will have to update it according to the code which
    has changed for sure since that time. however, i am
    currently on move to a new flat and therefore only rarely at
    work. i will schedule this for the mid/end of august.
