#212 Web UI : Automatic and unwanted scrolling

Start Web UI

Click on Explore tab

Expand registry

Expand ClassificationSchemes

Click on a Classification Node somewhere in the middle
of the tree -> this causes the whole display to scroll
down so Buttons (Apply, Approve, Deprecate, ...) and
Results table are not visible anymore. One has to
scroll back up in order to see this information.
