Ladislav,

The issue we have is that we have to continue with Hermes 1.1. Cannot
upgrade now.

Hermes 1.1 works just fine with Java 4.

If I just set my windows system environment JAVA_HOME to point to JDK
1.4 folder, Hermes 1.1 works just fine.

But if I change the JAVA_HOME property to my JDK 5 installation folder
(With nothing else changed), it throws me those SOAP message envelope
exceptions as I sent you earlier.

I would love to know if anyone has already gone through this exercise
and made Hermes 1.1 work with JDK 5 (or found that it will not work). If
it works, of course we will spend time and figure it out. But if there
is some fundamental reason why this will not work (incompatible
libraries?), I could learn about that too.=20
