What libraries do you have in java endorsed? 
Eg. /usr/local/jdk1.5.0_06/jre/lib/endorsed

We do have: 
serializer.jar from Aug 6, 2005  version 2.7.0
xalan.jar from Aug 6, 2005 version 2.7.0
xercesImpl.jar  Jul 26, 2005 version 2.7.1
xml-apis.jar  Jul 22, 2005 version 1.3.02
xsltc.jar Aug 6, 2005 version 2.7.0
