[ebxmlms-develop] Change SOAPAction

Hi, 

I have been trying to change the SOAPAction of the HTTP SOAP Header. Every
message I send seems to be sent with the SOAPAction of "ebXML"! I need to be
able to change it. I have tried to change the constants in the EBXMLMessage
class but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
