Hi Ian, the below announcement was an old one, this test was conducted in 2004. I was there, using Hermes as our DUT, together with a number of companies from around the globe testing there proprietary implementations. While ETSI was hosting and co-organizing the event, it was KorBIT (www.korbit.org) who provided the test environment. I'm fairly sure KorBIT will be willing to work with you to do tests, though they do not provide certification services like Drummond does. If you need certification, I'm afraid you'll have to go through Drummond at the moment. KorBIT supports remote testing, and I've run most of the tests with a slightly adapted version of the CVS Hermes build a couple of weeks ago. KorBIT has demonstrated their testbed in the US recently (I believe for NIST) and used my host as one of the parties in the interop test (the other party was a Korean one I believe).
