  May I ask a question about ebMS Interoperability Test on Level T5-3-1 ? 
 
My runtime environment:
 
Windows 2000 Professional
Apache Tomcat 4.0.4
J2SDK 1.4.2
Hermes MSH version : hermes_ebms2_binary_dist_0931
db: hsqldb_1_7_1
Axis TcpMonitor
 
       We use TcpMonitors to monitor the messages, so we choose 8081 port to send and receive messages. The sender stop his TcpMonitor first, then repeated send ackquested messages forever and the interval time parameter sets 10sec.
        When hitted SEND button the sender monitor received an error message which is "Communication Error" while receiver monitored the TcpMonitor and found it received two ackquested messages which have the same timestamp,that is say, they are the same messages. And an error message occur in the receiver's TcpMonitor which says "ArrayIndexOutOfBounds", why? We haven't met this type of error before. 
         At the same time the receiver's Tomcat told an error about "java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect ". We think it is normal because the sender blocked the receiver's acknowledgement messages, so the connection(to sender's 8081 port) is not reachable, are we right?
