Dear Peter Mayne, I don't know whether you have downloaded the newest version, and the newest version should be on following URL: http://www.cecid.hku.hk/Resources/signatureTool_24SEP03.zip I am sorry if my documentation is not clear enough, and I think the easiest way to start up is to read the "readme.txt" in the zip package. In most of the time, you should call verifySignature to verify the signature and generate outputs (like those expected digest value, canonicalize message form), on the output directory. You can run the sample described on "readme.txt", which you can know more on the output file generated on the standard output. For any question, feel free to ask.
