        We have planned that migration to Axis will be our second issue
for Hermes 1.0. I will be responsible for this part once I finish my
current issue. To play safe, I dare not say the exact time as this
involves significant change in packaging/* while I have other internal
development duties.

        I assume that you are using Tomcat 4.0.4 and thus meet this
"already defined" problem while 4.0.6 or 4.1.x don't.
