Hi,

Is there a standard way to setup ApplicationContexts for the server?

If a client application has not register an application context will the
server still accept messages and store them?

Say we have trading partner A and B. For A the server is alive and
receives a message from B. If B has not set itself up with the server
will the server still receive and store the messages?
