[ebxmlms-general] Solved problem Hermes 2 with HSQLDB

We have solved problem to run hermes 2 with HSQLDB. We have replaced
trim(upper(is_disabled))='FALSE' with 
trim(BOTH FROM upper(is_disabled))='FALSE' in 

partnership.as2-dao.xml and as2.dao.xml
