Thanks. I'm just curious. Does this mean that most EbXml compatible
clients do not export it to its original filename? How do they handle
it?

Hello,

I think there is no standard ways to do so. However, you can borrow the 
places like the Description element in the Manifest element in the SOAP 
body to carry that information. Hermes let you set values in that place.

Please note that you need both ends to agree on this mechanism.
