Yes I've certainly seen this happen, the file system does not have the object. I deleted record from the table and problem solved. I'm guessing something is out of whack between the message tables in the database and the files it stores on the filesystem, but not sure if this is it, or why it is happening. Cleaning out the Hermes database tables clears up the error and it can then start. We need to know why this is happening, and if it's a bug or not. If it's not a bug, how can we avoid it? We don't want to be dropping those tables all of the time especially in production.
