Hi,
The Acknowledgment in the message refers to the automatic generated ebMS 
acknowledgment by the receiving side MSH. This happens when the sender 
side sends an ebMS message to the receiver side with Reliability option 
turned on. Do you mean you have actually get an ebMS acknowledgment from 
the receiving side MSH?
