[ebxmlms-general] Hermes CPA access

Hi,
does Hermes provide any functions for handling the CPAs used to configure it?  
I believe Hermes stores CPAs in the database and uses the fields in the 
ApplicationContext to do some basic checking before sending ebXML messages, 
correct?  So how does one go about loading a new CPA so that Hermes can check 
against it?  Does it have to be done directly in the database or is there a 
tool/API for doing that?
