David, Thanks for your quick reply... this issue is really getting on my nerves!!! Anyway... I have checked the location of the Jar and it is in the correct place... I have tested this by renaming my handler in the properties file and a "Class Not Found" error occurred. So I know the handler is being picked off, I just cant understand why it wont initialize.
