Sorry for the late response, had a busy day yesterday. Regarding your questions, there are only about 6 records in mshconfig, but there are 16000 in messagestore If database speed was a problem, I would expect that all activities would be affected (that is, it if went slow this time, it'd still be slow now and would have gotten worse). -----Original Message----- From: ebx...@li...
