Yes, Hermes will response with a PONG message when receiving a PING 
message. The PING message should have a service as 
"urn:oasis:names:tc:ebxml-msg:service" and action as "Ping". Generally, 
it doesn't care about CPA ID and Conversation ID for PING/PONG messages.
