[ebxmlms-general] Installing Hermes

Hi,
I've installed Hermes 1.0. But when I run RunLoopBack I get the
following error:
hk.hku.cecid.phoenix.message.handler.RequestException: Cannot open
property file msh_client.properties.xml
         at hk.hku.cecid.phoenix.message.handler.Request.<init>(Unkown
         Source)
         at hk.hku.cecid.phoenix.message.handler.Request.<init>(Unkown

         at LoopBack.run(LoopBack.java:29)
         at LoopBack.main(LoopBack.java:11)

Can anybody help me?
