Some files appear to be missing from the .zip download.

According to 'Extending Hermes with jCAM and Registry based CPA -
012.doc' extracted from the .zip file available at
'http://ebxmlbook.com/interop/interopCode.zip' I should have access to
an 'Interface emulator' found in a folder called eRACGAPEval
(eRACGAPEval\config\emulator).  Unfortunately I can't locate any such
folder in the interopCode.zip file, the Hermes distribution, the ebxmlrr
distribution, or the JCAM distributions. =20

What am I missing?
