Hi Ananth,
my opinion is that msh can't find one (or both) of the property files ;)
If you're using Tomcat 4=2EX, try putting msh=2Eproperties=2Exml &
msh_lient=2Eproperties=2Exml into your %TOMCAT_HOME% dir, if you're using
Tomcat 5 put them into %TOMCAT_HOME%/bin=2E
