[ebxmlms-general] Proprietary source code released

We have decided to release the source code of those proprietary =
libraries used by Hermes and developed by our center. Please download =
the source code in a zip file under the Files section of the project =
site of Hermes in SourceForge. You can find the file =
cecid_common_pki.zip. under the "other sources" package.
