Chapters markup disappears after generating book (pressing Create JAR). You will not see it untill you re-read Text of book (e.g. by selecting another book or unselect/select the currently selected item in the list of books).

Fixed. Fix is in method Packager.writeBook(Book) - the original text is backed up before processing book and set back after processing.
