I translate a few messages into Japanese.
I write eboard.ja.po in S-JIS and EUC-jp.
EUC-jp version works :-)
It seems the clock area cannot display Japanese fonts.
I continue to translate into Japanese.

PS. I modified eboard.spec for my environment.
It can support to build a binary package by a normal user.
