I had a big mistake.
The .hemp file is plain ASCII with code for pretty display.
I am sorry I was confused by eboard.de.po, eboard.de.po and so on.

My distribution is not support GTK+2.x.x now.
When it is supported, I will start a Japanese translation.
I believe it will be comming soon.
