When using the search by disposal code, all records of any status are displayed. For example, if a record is returned as code 44, it will be displayed. However, if this record is edited and then submitted, the new re-submitted record will also be displayed. This is not necessarily wrong, since the submitted record is associated with a code 44 return record, however it means the search is not useful when following up on unpaid claims.
The search should be modified, either showing only returned claims that have not been dealt with, or showing the status of the claim displayed. In this second case, a filter could be added to focus on certain statuses.
This applies to "show all unpaid" records as well as "search by disposal code". This has not been verified, but from a user's description it seems to be the same problem. Updated the summary title to reflect this.
Put in a fix for this that checks for resubmitted records before displaying unpaid records. This search is slow, so added fields to limit it by date. These fileds should be set at 15 days by default for good response. Waiting to hear back from customers regarding the fix before closing.
