[Ebib-users] Git integration

Aloha Joost,

This might be a lot of work, but I wonder if it would be possible to
make ebib aware of git?  When I edit a bibliography in BibTeX mode,
emacs knows that my bibliography is associated with a git repository and
I can use magit to commit changes to the repository with a few
keystrokes.

I'm finding ebib so useful I rarely work in BibTeX mode, so I'm missing
the handy functionality of magit.  Of course, I'm looking for the best
of both worlds!
